Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which Leo Homes may offer returns, refunds, or replacements. By engaging with Leo Homes services or products, you agree to this policy.
1. Property Bookings and Purchases
a. Booking Amounts & Initial Payments

Booking amounts paid for property reservations (plots, apartments, or villas) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of payment.

In exceptional cases (such as project cancellation by Leo Homes), full refunds will be issued without deduction.
b. Cancellations by the Buyer

If a customer cancels a booking after payment but before formal agreement signing, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to deduction of administrative or processing fees.

After agreement signing or allotment, no refund will be entertained unless explicitly agreed upon in the sale contract.
2. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Proof of payment and valid identification may be required to initiate a refund.
3. Replacements / Unit Swaps
a. Property Replacement

Property unit swaps (e.g., changing to a different flat, plot, or villa) are subject to availability and management approval.

Price differences (if any) between the old and new unit must be settled before replacement is confirmed.
b. Conditions for Replacement

Unit replacements must be requested within 15 days of booking.

No replacement will be allowed once the agreement or registration process has begun, except for valid legal or project-related reasons.
4. Products & Services (If Applicable)
If Leo Homes sells physical products (e.g., furnishings, fixtures, modular kitchens):

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Replacements will be issued for eligible products after inspection.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
